I built a $10,000 app in one day

Several months ago I flew to New York to compete in the world’s first AI agent competition and spent a week going as deep as possible in RAG (retrieval augmented generation, which is basically just a fancy way of explaining how we give AI memory).

Google just dropped Gemini Embedding 2, and it handles text, audio, images, video, and PDFs all in one model.

I paired it with Claude Code and actually built a full premium app in an entire day. Login, AI chat, notes, database, deployed on a custom URL.

Here’s the five step framework I used:

→ Build the initial design in Lovable, then bring it into Claude Code

→ Upload knowledge to Pinecone using Gemini embeddings

→ Set up Railway to auto-scrape new content daily

→ Run agent-based QA testing before you launch

→ Deploy to Vercel with one command

I’ve sold apps for tens of thousands of dollars, and this is essentially all I do every day. The techniques haven’t changed, but the speed has.
